General Booking Conditions
When you effect a booking you accept our Booking Conditions and are responsible for payment due to us. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to the e-mail address you give us at the time of booking. Please control the booking confirmation carefully and contact us if this document is incomplete or incorrect. In order to guarantee your reservation we will ask you for a credit card number which we will verify accordingly. If the credit card is not valid we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Payment in cash is possible for amounts under Euro 1.000. The Italian anti-recycling law forbids transference of cash equal to or above the amount of Euro 1.000 (D. Lgs. 21.11.2007 n. 231, art. 49 followed by D. Lgs. 6.12.2011 n.201, art. 12 paragraph 1). Therefore when the entire amount due for services is equal to or superior to Euro 1.000 payment must be effected via the accepted credit card.
The sums indicated include taxes and services except for the tourist tax equal to Euro 4,50 per person a day excluding children under the age of 12.
Your Contract
The contract is valid the moment we send you the booking confirmation and is subject to Italian law. The two parties agree that any eventual disagreement will be judged under the Italian law.
Modifications And Cancellations
If you wish to modify your booking you must notify us by sending an e-mail to info@tornabuonisuites.com
Even though we wish to assist you we cannot guarantee that we will be able to satisfy your request.
If you need to cancel your stay following receipt of the booking confirmation you may do this easily by clicking on the link for bookings on our web site typing in the reservation code indicated on the booking confirmation and your e-mail which you supplied at the moment of your booking. When the cancellation is effected by you beyond the terms of free cancellation indicated on the booking confirmation, that is to say 3 days prior to the date of arrival you will be billed the whole stay as a penalty.
The only exception is for non refundable rate when the total payment is carried out at the moment of your booking and cannot be changed or cancelled.
No show
If you do not turn up you will be billed the entire booking as a penalty.
