By making a reservation, you accept our Booking Conditions and become responsible for any payment due to us.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email at the address provided at the time of booking. Please review the booking confirmation carefully and contact us should this document be incomplete or incorrect. To guarantee your reservation, you will be required to provide a credit card, the validity of which will be verified by our staff. In the absence of a valid credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Cash payments are accepted for stays under €1,000. Italian anti-money laundering regulations (Legislative Decree 21.11.2007 No. 231, Art. 49 and subsequent Legislative Decree 6.12.2011 No. 201, Art. 12 paragraph 1) prohibit the transfer of cash when the total value of the transfer is equal to or exceeds €1,000.
Therefore, if the total amount due for services is equal to or exceeds €1,000, payment must be made using accepted credit cards.
The indicated rates include taxes and service, excluding the tourist tax of €7.00 per person per day, which is not applicable to children under 12 years of age.
The contract becomes effective upon the delivery of the booking confirmation and is subject to Italian law. The parties agree that any disputes shall be subject to Italian Law.
If you wish to make changes to your reservation, you must notify us by sending an email to info@tornabuonisuites.com.
Although it is our objective to assist you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to satisfy all your modification requests.
If you need to cancel your stay after the booking confirmation, you can easily do so by clicking on the booking link on our website, entering the booking code indicated on the booking confirmation and your email address provided at the time of booking.
If the cancellation is made beyond the free cancellation terms indicated at the time of booking, i.e., within 3 days prior to the arrival day, you will incur a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.
The only exception is for the Non-Refundable rate type, the total payment of which is made at the time of booking and is neither modifiable nor cancellable.
In case of no-show, you will incur a penalty equal to the charge for the entire stay.
