By making a reservation, you accept our Booking Conditions and become responsible for any payment due to us.

Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via email at the email address you provided at the time of booking. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us if this document is incomplete or incorrect. To guarantee your reservation, you will be required to provide a credit card, the validity of which will be verified by us. In the absence of a valid credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Payment Methods

Cash payments are possible for stays under 1,000 euros. Italian anti-money laundering regulations (Legislative Decree No. 231 of 21.11.2007, Article 49 and subsequent Legislative Decree No. 201 of 6.12.2011, Article 12, paragraph 1) prohibit the transfer of cash when the total value of the transfer is equal to or exceeds 1,000 euros.

Therefore, if the total amount due for services is equal to or exceeds 1,000 euros, payment must be made using accepted credit cards.

The indicated rates are inclusive of taxes and service, excluding the city tax of €7.00 per person per day, which is not applicable to children under 12 years of age.

Your Contract

The contract is in effect from the moment the booking confirmation is sent to you and is subject to Italian law. The parties agree that any dispute shall be governed by Italian law.

Modifications and Cancellations

Should you wish to make changes to your reservation, you must notify us by sending an email to info@tornabuonisuites.com.

While it is our objective to assist you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every modification request.

Should you need to cancel your stay after booking confirmation, you may do so easily by clicking on the booking link within our website, entering the booking code indicated on the booking confirmation and your email address provided at the time of booking.

If cancellation is made by you beyond the free cancellation terms indicated at the time of booking, namely within 3 days prior to the arrival date, you will incur a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.

The only exception is for the Non-Refundable rate, for which full payment is made at the time of booking and is neither modifiable nor cancellable.

No-Show

In case of no-show, you will incur a penalty equal to the charge for the entire stay.
